Junior CRM Marketer

📋 What you will do

• Build emails in a template builder and update HTML email templates
• Launch mass and triggered email campaigns
• Prepare briefs for copywriters and designers
• Work with audience segments and verify selection accuracy
• Collect analytics and evaluate key performance indicators
• Look for ways to optimize campaigns and test hypotheses

✅ What we expect

• 1+ year of experience in CRM marketing
• Basic HTML/CSS skills
• Ability to independently solve non-standard tasks
• Ability to structure questions as: situation → what was tried → possible solutions

• 5/2 schedule, 9:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00
