📋 What you will do

• Manage the affiliate team and the overall channel
• Scale traffic through webmasters, arbitrage teams, affiliate networks, and direct partners
• Control traffic quality, fraud, negative flows, approvals, and unit economics
• Build operating systems, including procedures, offer launch rules, and partner criteria
• Work with offers, payouts, caps, geo targets, and landing pages
• Analyze the full funnel from leads to final financial results
• Collaborate with the call center, analytics, and product teams

✅ What we expect

• Proven experience in the nutra vertical is required
• Understanding of CPA models and work with webmasters, arbitrage, and affiliate networks
• Ability to build a department through systems, not only personal relationships
• Understanding of the affiliate traffic ↔ call center linkage
• Experience managing a team
