• Launch, manage, and scale advertising campaigns in Meta
• Analyze performance and quickly optimize campaign setups
• Work with different GEOs and audiences
• Test new hypotheses, creatives, and approaches
• Collaborate with designers, analysts, and the affiliate team
• Monitor key performance indicators and traffic quality

• Proven experience working with Meta Ads
• Ability to manage large budgets and scale campaigns
• Understanding of key advertising metrics
• Experience testing and analyzing ad creatives
• Self-motivation, initiative, and result orientation
• Experience launching campaigns in Tier-2-3 and emerging markets is a plus
• Understanding of anti-fraud approaches and ad account specifics is a plus
