Performance Marketing Manager/Performance Marketing Specialist

📋 What you will do

• Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns on a daily basis
• Scale campaigns and validate growth hypotheses while maintaining KPI targets
• Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and offers
• Track CPA, CAC, and ROAS
• Monitor traffic quality across the entire funnel and remove bottlenecks
• Write briefs for designers and developers based on analytics
• Identify new conversion mechanics

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing in B2C or services
• Hands-on execution experience
• Deep expertise in Yandex Direct and Google Ads
• Experience with TG Ads, VK, and other platforms is a plus
• Proven results in reducing CPL/CAC and increasing lead generation
• Experience scaling ad budgets from ₽3M/month
• Analytical mindset
• Accountability for business outcomes
