We are looking for a Media Buyer with a focus on a UGC approach. The ability to build the full creative production cycle and scale bundles is important 
Important: we work with paid traffic (NOT free traffic) Geo: Tier 1 / Tier 2 Europe (priority) 
Tasks: Launching and optimizing ad campaigns in Facebook Ads, Moloco and TikTok Ads; 
Testing hypotheses, bundles and approaches; 
Scaling successful campaigns; 
Full cycle of working with creatives (ideas → brief → UGC → tests → iterations); 
Performance analytics (CTR, CPA, ROI); 
Working with budgets from $1000 daily spend per geo. 

Requirements: 1+ year of experience in Media Buying (FB / TikTok); 
Experience with paid traffic is mandatory; 
Experience working with Tier 1 / Tier 2; 
Cases with budgets from $1000+/day; 
Experience with UGC; 
Independence and focus on results.
