📋 What you will do

  • Proactively source new affiliates via chats, forums, conferences, and personal networking
  • Sell the partnership, negotiate terms, offers, and payouts, and handle objections
  • Build strong, long-term personal relationships with partners
  • Develop motivation schemes, bonuses, and engagement activities
  • Optimize affiliate interaction processes and develop the referral program
  • Guide affiliates from registration to their first profit and withdrawal
  • Monitor traffic quality, approval rates, buyouts, and performance metrics
  • Coach beginners, assisting with creatives, landing pages, and technical setups
  • Create educational materials, FAQs, and case study breakdowns
  • Automate routine tasks to scale the number of managed affiliates

🛠 Stack and skills

COD (Cash on Delivery) Tracking systems (UTM tags, postback, domain parking) AI tools (GPT, Claude Code, etc.) E-commerce/Nutra vertical

What we expect

  • Hands-on experience in traffic arbitration with at least one source
  • In-depth knowledge of the COD model, order processing, buyouts, and holds
  • 3+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager or Support specialist
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven with a proactive approach to partner acquisition
