📋 What you will do
- Proactively source new affiliates via chats, forums, conferences, and personal networking
- Sell the partnership, negotiate terms, offers, and payouts, and handle objections
- Build strong, long-term personal relationships with partners
- Develop motivation schemes, bonuses, and engagement activities
- Optimize affiliate interaction processes and develop the referral program
- Guide affiliates from registration to their first profit and withdrawal
- Monitor traffic quality, approval rates, buyouts, and performance metrics
- Coach beginners, assisting with creatives, landing pages, and technical setups
- Create educational materials, FAQs, and case study breakdowns
- Automate routine tasks to scale the number of managed affiliates

COD (Cash on Delivery)
Tracking systems (UTM tags, postback, domain parking)
AI tools (GPT, Claude Code, etc.)
E-commerce/Nutra vertical
✅ What we expect
- Hands-on experience in traffic arbitration with at least one source
- In-depth knowledge of the COD model, order processing, buyouts, and holds
- 3+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager or Support specialist
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Self-driven with a proactive approach to partner acquisition
