📋 What you will do

• Source and acquire new partners through CPA networks, direct affiliates, and personal contacts
• Onboard new partners and grow relationships with the existing partner base
• Plan and execute scaling strategies across new and existing markets
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals
• Help build and optimize affiliate operations processes
• In the future, manage a team of Affiliate Managers

• 3+ years of experience in the gambling / betting industry
• A current personal partner network ready for outreach
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Result-oriented mindset and willingness to grow professionally
• Curiosity, initiative, and a drive to deepen expertise
• Leadership skills and people management experience will be a plus
• Strong personal relationships with key affiliate market players will be a plus
