We are looking for an employee for the role of Affiliate Manager (Betting)
Areas of responsibility:
* Searching for and attracting new partners through various channels (CPA networks, direct affiliates, personal contacts);
* Integrating and developing cooperation with new partners, as well as effectively working with the existing partner base;
* Planning and implementing a scaling strategy in new and current markets;
* Interacting with internal teams (marketing, product, analytics) to achieve business goals;
* Participating in the development and optimization of affiliate processes;
* In the future — managing a team of affiliate managers (depending on results and management competencies).
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in the gambling / betting industry in traffic acquisition (affiliate marketing);
* Your own up-to-date base of partners ready for cooperation;
* Solid experience working with affiliate programs and CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models;
* Strong communication and partner negotiation skills;
* Ability to work in a team, focus on results and professional growth;
* Higher education is not required;
* Key personal qualities: curiosity, initiative, drive for development and expertise in your field.
Will be an advantage:
* Leadership skills and people management experience;
* Strong personal connections with key players in the affiliate market (owners and heads of traffic arbitrage teams, SEO teams, CPA networks).
Conditions:
* Work format: full-time, remote;
* Schedule: 5/2;
* Probation period: 3 months;
* Mandatory requirement: a significant partner base in the target region.
