📋 What you will do
- Find, onboard, and develop CPA networks and affiliate partners
- Meet targets for new client acquisition and loan issuances via affiliate channels
- Scale efficient traffic sources and increase high-quality lead volumes
- Negotiate rates, offers, and terms of cooperation with partners
- Work with CPA, CPL, CPS, RevShare, and hybrid cooperation models
- Monitor traffic quality and individual partner performance
- Analyze the conversion funnel from clicks to loan disbursements
- Track key performance metrics: CPA, CAC, CR, EPC, ROI, Approve Rate, Signing Rate
- Identify new acquisition channels and test hypotheses
- Prepare reports on partners, volumes, and budgets
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Analytics, Risk, and Contact Center teams
- Oversee tracking accuracy, postbacks, events, and partner payouts

✅ What we expect
- 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate, CPA, or Partnership Manager
- Background in MFI, fintech, lending, or the banking sector
- Strong understanding of affiliate programs and performance marketing
- Experience in traffic analysis and quality assessment
- Proficiency in data analytics and handling large datasets
- High level of autonomy and result-oriented mindset
- Existing network of CPA partners and contacts is a plus
- Experience with international markets is an advantage
