📌 What you will do — Ensure contract renewals and growth in recurring revenue through high-quality client work; — Identify churn risks at an early stage and eliminate them through proactive actions; — Organize the upsell/cross-sell process — find new product use cases and opportunities to expand contracts; — Conduct QBRs with results, metrics, and development proposals; — Provide the product team with customer feedback to improve solutions. 📌 What we expect — 2+ years of experience working with corporate clients in Customer Success / Account Manager / Project Manager roles; — Proven results: successful renewals, upsells, KPI achievement; — Ability to communicate with both business and IT stakeholders; — Experience interacting with IT/Information Security departments of large companies. 📌 What we offer — Participation in the development of a company that solves real information security challenges for major organizations.
