📌 What you'll be doing — Processing incoming requests (inbound sales): lead qualification, consulting potential clients, managing deals through to closing; — Preparing tender documentation in accordance with the requirements of 44-FZ and 223-FZ (preparing commercial proposals, presentations); — Marketing activities (PR activities, working with presentations, copywriting); — Developing the partner network: searching for and building relationships with potential partners (digital agencies, integrators, consulting companies); — Maintaining all information and interaction history in the CRM system (Bitrix24); — Using AI tools to increase work efficiency (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Figma Make, etc.). 📌 What we expect — 1.5+ years of B2B sales experience (inbound and outbound); — Experience preparing tender documentation under 44-FZ and 223-FZ; — Copywriting and marketing content creation skills; — Experience working with CRM; — Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Figma Make and similar); — Experience in IT (outsourced development / design / marketing agency) and a basic understanding of software development technologies will be an advantage. 📌 We offer — Employment and guarantees under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation from the first day of cooperation; — An excellent office in the city center or remote work for candidates from different regions.
