📋 What you will do
- Develop the agency's marketing and strengthen inbound lead flow
- Search for and test new client acquisition channels
- Develop and launch marketing activities to promote the agency's services
- Analyze the market, competitors, and growth opportunities
- Contribute to the agency's positioning and packaging
- Grow the company's digital presence
- Work on PR, content, case studies, reputation, and brand awareness
- Contribute to partnership initiatives and special projects
✅ What we expect
- Experience in digital or marketing agencies
- Understanding of digital services promotion specifics
- 3+ years of marketing experience
- Experience with analytics and marketing metrics
🎁 What we offer
- Salary: from ₽150,000 to ₽200,000
- 5/2 schedule, 9:00–18:00, hybrid format
