We are the TopTraff team, looking for people who want to grow in media buying and are ready to get up to speed quickly, take responsibility, and show results.

What we expect from you:
Basic understanding of working with Facebook Ads.
An analytical mindset — the ability to see numbers, not just clicks.
Ambition and a desire to earn, not just to “work.”
Fast learning ability and a willingness to keep leveling up.
Ability to think creatively — understanding that creatives directly affect performance.
Strong communication skills — you can express your thoughts clearly and to the point.
What we offer:
Training on live campaigns with mentoring from the Team Lead.
Remote work or an office in Cyprus — your choice.
Terms: base salary + % after completing the paid probation period.

Overall, the company has about 50 people, covering various directions and traffic sources — Facebook, UAC, and others.
We already have established processes, proven combos, and unlimited budgets, which gives us the ability to work at scale and consistently.
