About us: We generate 10k+ leads per day (Meta, TikTok) in the Nutra and iGaming niches. Full focus on ROI, CPA, and scalability. We use our own AI and ERP.

📌 Key responsibilities:

• Hiring & Onboarding: Mass recruitment of buyers and Executive Search. Bringing a junior to profit within 1–2 months.

• Performance: Implementing KPIs (ROI, profit, volume) and a strict Performance Review process (developing strong performers / parting ways with weak ones).

• Drive & Culture: Psychological “boosting” of the commercial team, maintaining team energy and stress resilience.

• Security & Ops: Managing the HR budget and minimizing data leakage risks (NDA, compliance) together with C-level.

✅ Requirements:

• 5+ years in Performance Marketing / Media Buying (mandatory).

• Experience managing HR in companies of 100+ people.

• Understanding of P&L and cases of recruitment automation.
