HR Manager / Recruiter

📋 What you will do

• Active sourcing and candidate acquisition, including cold outreach
• Candidate screening: correspondence, audio interviews, and initial skills assessment
• Managing candidate database, tracking, and reporting in Google Sheets
• Drafting creative job descriptions
• Providing prompt, constructive, and motivating feedback to candidates
• Collaborating with the team on hiring processes and strategies
