What we expect

  • 3+ years of sales experience in IT/SaaS/B2B
  • Strong understanding of the product, market, and customer needs
  • Experience managing a sales team of 3+ people
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to defend your position
  • Readiness to work with cold outreach and personal sales
