We are the developers of a SaaS platform for processing affiliate traffic and managing affiliate programs. We help businesses develop new customer acquisition channels, strive for continuous growth, and deliver a high-quality product based on the latest technologies. We are now looking for a Head of Sales (ROP) who is not afraid of cold outreach, can sell personally, and is ready to grow sales together with the team. ✔️ What you will be doing: — Managing and developing the sales department; — Optimizing warm and cold sales processes; — Hiring, onboarding, and developing the sales team; — Meeting personal sales targets, department targets, and growing key metrics; — Conducting demos and negotiations with clients; — Improving procedures, standards, and sales approaches; — Participating in industry conferences. ✔️ We expect: — 3+ years of sales experience in IT/SaaS/B2B; — Deep understanding of the product, market, and customer needs — Experience managing a sales department of 3+ people; — Ability to negotiate and stand your ground; — Confident use of and experience with CRM systems and task trackers; — English level B2 or higher will be a plus. ✔️ What we offer: — Fully remote format; — Schedule 10:00–19:00 (GMT+3); — Base salary + KPI; — Opportunity to influence processes and the company’s development; — No micromanagement; — Corporate English, training, sports and medical expense compensation.
