📌 What you will be doing
— develop and evolve core functionality in Node.js and React as part of a complex product platform;
— participate in designing the architecture of services, technical solutions, and interactions between system components;
— develop the backend part of the platform: event processing, integration services, internal and external APIs;
— design and implement routing, handling, and case management logic within the contact center;
— build and maintain integrations with external systems (Bitrix, AmoCRM, etc.) and internal services;
— participate in code review, set the technical standard for solutions, and influence the quality of development within the team.
📌 What we expect
— strong hands-on experience developing with JavaScript (the product’s main language) + TypeScript;
— deep understanding of Node.js and experience with backend frameworks (Express.js or similar);
— experience developing and maintaining the frontend part in React (Vite, Ant Design — as the working stack);
— confident work with relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MariaDB), understanding of query design and optimization;
— experience working in Linux/GNU environments, confident use of basic server-side development tools;
— understanding of the principles of building distributed systems and service interaction.
