📌 What you’ll be responsible for
— P&L responsibility and business growth. The main goal is multiple-fold growth in revenue and market share in Kazakhstan’s banking segment;
— Enterprise sales. Personally leading strategic negotiations with boards of the top 10 banks, financial institutions, and the largest fintech players;
— Product-level dialogue. Ability to speak the same language as CTOs and risk officers at banks: understand how an LLM solution differs from a classic IVR, and why compliance architecture is not a feature but the foundation of selling in a regulated sector;
— Operational management. Auditing and optimizing processes within the local team (sales, delivery, support). Strengthening the current leadership team;
— Public-facing role. Acting as the face of Cybernet AI in Kazakhstan: industry events, professional associations, and dialogue with regulators.
📌 What we expect
— 7+ years in Country Manager, CCO, BizDev Director, or COO roles in IT, telecom, or fintech;
— Proven enterprise sales track record in Kazakhstan’s banking sector. Not just “worked with banks,” but closed contracts worth $500K+ with concrete results;
— Technical literacy: no developer background required, but the ability to understand the architecture of AI solutions and defend it convincingly to a bank’s CTO;
— Experience managing cross-functional teams of 40+ people (Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Support);
— English at the level needed to present strategy to an international board.
📌 What we offer
— Office in Almaty. Financial terms: market-rate base salary + P&L-linked bonus, discussed individually with finalists.
