📋 What you will do

  • Define holistic segment strategy and take full P&L responsibility (ARR and Churn)
  • Lead Go-to-Market ownership including positioning, messaging, pricing, and packaging
  • Conduct continuous market, customer, and competitor analysis
  • Translate B2B customer needs into clear business cases and KPI-based requirements
  • Develop feature storytelling and sales enablement assets for sales teams and customers
  • Orchestrate Sales, Marketing, and CSM to drive high-quality assets and win rates
  • Provide lateral leadership to interdisciplinary teams via excellent stakeholder management
