📋 What you will do
- Define holistic segment strategy and take full P&L responsibility (ARR and Churn)
- Lead Go-to-Market ownership including positioning, messaging, pricing, and packaging
- Conduct continuous market, customer, and competitor analysis
- Translate B2B customer needs into clear business cases and KPI-based requirements
- Develop feature storytelling and sales enablement assets for sales teams and customers
- Orchestrate Sales, Marketing, and CSM to drive high-quality assets and win rates
- Provide lateral leadership to interdisciplinary teams via excellent stakeholder management
