📋 What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Manage day-to-day communication and relationship building
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Maintain detailed documentation of client activities in ClickUp
- Identify opportunities for account growth and additional services
- Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly status reports to the CEO
- Proactively address client concerns and maintain high satisfaction

- 1-3 years of experience as a CSM
- Previous experience in a fast-paced agency environment
- Proven track record of managing multiple clients and projects
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work full-time EST
