Project Manager (IT)

📋 What you will do

• Manage IT projects from inception to launch and further development
• Maintain and develop existing client systems
• Transform client task streams into clear backlogs and work plans
• Control delivery: timelines, risks, dependencies, budget, and quality
• Engage with clients, manage expectations, and maintain transparent communication
• Decompose tasks for designers, analysts, developers, and QA engineers

✅ What we expect

• 3+ years of experience in IT project management
• Experience in custom software development
• Experience leading complex projects from scratch
• Solid understanding of the SDLC
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in writing effective AI prompts
• Ability to define processes, rules, and internal regulations
