👑 SCRIPTOLOGIST / SCRIPT MANAGER 👑

⚠️ WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a strong Script Manager (sales script manager) who can write scripts that leave the client no chance to say "no". Someone who does not just write text, but builds a communication system, creates powerful proofs, and keeps a close eye on every funnel.

🧩 RESPONSIBILITIES:
⚪️ Writing and continuously improving sales scripts;
⚪️ Developing scripts for different funnel stages: first contact, warm-up, closing, handling objections, reactivation;
⚪️ Creating and formatting proofs (approval screenshots, reviews, success stories) so they look as convincing as possible;
⚪️ A/B testing scripts — measuring conversion, identifying the best funnels and approaches;
⚪️ Monitoring funnel metrics: conversion at each stage, response time, closing rate %, reasons for refusals;
⚪️ Preparing weekly reports on the effectiveness of scripts and funnels;
⚪️ Quickly adapting scripts for new geos, products, and seasonal changes;
⚪️ Finding and implementing conversion growth points at every stage of the funnel.

📣 REQUIREMENTS:
⚪️ 1+ year of experience writing sales scripts in loans / investments / promotion schemes (LatAm geo is mandatory);
⚪️ Understanding of sales psychology and the ability to handle objections through text;
⚪️ Experience creating proofs and sales materials for messengers (Telegram);
⚪️ Funnel analysis skills: ability to read metrics and identify weak spots;
⚪️ Experience working with CRM systems;
⚪️ Ability to work with data: conversions, average order value, LTV, churn reasons;
⚪️ High level of discipline — daily monitoring and quick edits;
⚪️ Proactive and independent — does not wait for tasks, but sees problems and solves them;
⚪️ Cases with results (conversion growth in numbers, script examples).
