📣 We are looking for a Team Lead Google Farm (Crypto) 🚀 We are a team that: - is already running traffic and scaling - understands the value of accounts as a resource - is looking for a lead who will build a farming system, not “look for the money button” 🚀 What you will do: - Find and scale a working Google account farming setup - Manage a team of account farmers (hiring, control, development) - Control account quality and operational stability - Meet and increase volume targets (300–500+ accounts/day) - Build farming and scaling processes - Maintain reporting and ensure transparency on results - Find alternative setups and reduce risks 🔥 Who we are looking for: - Current experience farming Google accounts is required - Understanding of Google Ads, algorithms, and how Google works - Experience passing verifications (including BOV, individual/business accounts) - Ability to avoid logouts and bans - Experience working with antidetect browsers and proxies - Experience managing account farmers or your own team will be a plus - Real experience finding and scaling setups 👉 Who would be a good fit: - an account farmer from an arbitrage team - a solo player with strong expertise - or someone with their own mini-team 💎 Terms: - Payments once a month (on the 10th, stable) - Format: remote / hybrid - Schedule: 5/2, from 10:00 to 19:00 (GMT+3 preferred) - Work without unnecessary bureaucracy and micromanagement If this resonates with you, message us 👇 https://t.me/gainanova_recruiter
