📌 What you will be doing — Working with clients and partners, developing and building long-term relationships; — Attracting new clients and agents — both through your own network and through cold sales; — Searching for and opening new market niches: from Enterprise to SMBs; — Representing the company at exhibitions and conferences; — Participating in strategic planning — helping shape the product and sales approaches; — Preparing commercial proposals and taking part in negotiations. 📌 What we expect — 3+ years of experience in one of the following areas: banking, telecom, IT, fintech; — Understanding of banking products and mechanics (acquiring, processing, transfers, etc.); — Project sales skills and a high-level understanding of project management; — A systematic approach, ability to prioritize and manage your time; — Confident cold sales skills; — English — Upper-Intermediate+ (preferred). 📌 We offer — Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation: a competitive "white" salary, paid sick leave and vacation; — VHI coverage, including dentistry, participation in corporate lending and insurance programs; — Training at the Corporate University and the opportunity to attend external trainings.
