Business Development Manager - Home Improvement Lending

📋 What you will do

• Develop a proactive pipeline for identifying and engaging key contacts at target companies
• Participate in the evaluation of partner opportunities, including RFPs and strategic initiatives
• Communicate company goals, vision, and product strategy to prospective partners
• Develop high-quality, innovative presentations, proposals, and pitches
• Facilitate the partner onboarding process, including training and documentation completion
• Execute direct sales and business development by sourcing new relationships
• Attend industry conferences and trade shows to enhance the lead pipeline
• Monitor the competitive landscape and recommend strategic adjustments

✅ What we expect

• 3+ years of experience in sales or account management within the HIL industry
• Existing network of contractor contacts and established relationships in the sector
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
• Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
