📌 What you’ll be doing
— Develop and implement a partner marketing strategy to attract new users in the Premium segment;
— Actively seek out and launch partnerships with ecosystems, banks, telecom operators, marketplaces, fintech services, and other major market players;
— Manage the full partnership cycle with a focus on negotiations and closing deals: reach out to decision-makers, hold meetings, present commercial proposals, and agree on terms of cooperation;
— Sell partners on ideas for joint marketing activities and create win-win mechanics beneficial to both us and the partner;
— Build and manage the partnership funnel: from first contact to scaling the cooperation;
— Prepare partnership reporting and present results to internal stakeholders.
📌 What we expect
— 3+ years of experience in partner marketing or business development (preferably in digital, e-commerce, fintech, or ecosystems);
— Strong negotiation and sales skills: you know how to reach decision-makers, conduct complex negotiations, and close deals;
— Experience working with large partners: banks, marketplaces, ecosystems, telecom, fintech;
— Understanding of key marketing and product metrics: CAC, LTV, ROMI, unit economics, and the ability to make decisions based on them;
— Practical experience launching partnership campaigns with measurable business results (revenue growth, transactions, new users, etc.);
— Analytics skills: confident Excel and basic BI tools for evaluating effectiveness and preparing reports.
