📋 What you will do
- Develop and execute a partner marketing strategy to acquire new users in the Premium segment
- Source and launch partnerships with ecosystems, banks, telecom operators, marketplaces, and fintech services
- Manage the full partnership cycle, including negotiations, meetings, pitch defense, and terms alignment
- Sell partners on joint marketing initiatives and build win-win mechanics
- Build and manage the partnership funnel from first contact to scaling the collaboration
- Prepare partnership reports and present results to internal stakeholders

✅ What we expect
- 3+ years of experience in partner marketing or business development
- Background in digital, e-commerce, fintech, or ecosystems is preferred
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to reach decision-makers and close deals
- Experience working with large partners such as banks, marketplaces, ecosystems, telecom, and fintech
- Understanding of key marketing and product metrics and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Hands-on experience launching partnership campaigns with measurable business impact
