About usWe are launching an online app in the meditation and astrology niche for the CIS market. At the market entry stage, we are building a separate affiliate direction and looking for a specialist who can build a partner channel from scratch and scale it to significant volumes.
Key responsibilitiesIndependently searching for and attracting CPA partners;
Active work in niche chats and with influencers;
Negotiating and agreeing on cooperation models (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid);
Monitoring tracking accuracy and partner launches;
Analyzing metrics (CR, EPC, LTV, ROI);
Managing the profitability of the partner channel;
Scaling effective sources and disabling unprofitable ones;
Interacting with the Commercial Director and project team;
Requirements2+ years of experience in affiliate / CPA / performance marketing;
Mandatory experience independently searching for partners;
Understanding of key CPA metrics (CR, EPC, LTV, ROI);
Negotiation skills and ability to assess the economic feasibility of terms;
Readiness to work without a team at the start;
Experience working with influencer channels is required;
Experience with online meditation or astrology apps will be an advantage;
Would be a plusExperience with similar online meditation or astrology apps;
Having your own partner database;
Experience working with bloggers;
Experience scaling an affiliate direction from scratch.
