Due to the growth in the number of projects and functions, we are looking for an Affiliate Manager.
Working conditions:
Salary once a month in any convenient way for you.
13th salary for line staff;
50% compensation for equipment and training expenses after six months of work;
Compensation for medical services (corporate insurance);
28 vacation days per year, paid sick leave;
Remote work format;
5/2 schedule, 8-hour working day according to Moscow time;
Individual development plan within the company for 3–5 years;
In-house team of specialists (from writers to developers);
What you will be doing:
Searching for and attracting new partners, building long-term cooperation on the best terms for both parties;
Support and retention of existing partners;
Traffic quality control and approval of partner payouts;
Controlling the creation of invoices for partners;
Optimizing project profitability;
Completing all items required to launch an advertising campaign and monitoring it;
Supporting partners and providing support on niche forums;
Developing and generating new promos to attract new partners;
Analyzing traffic and working with statistics.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a similar or related position (in gambling/forex/crypto and/or betting will be an advantage);
Willingness to travel to international conferences;
Responsibility and proactivity;
Strong communication skills, ability to establish contact and maintain long-term relationships;
