📋 What you will do

  • Architect and optimize the GTM engine for B2B sales-led and channel-driven growth
  • Build and maintain processes, systems, and operational rigor across Marketing, SDR, Sales, and Partner teams
  • Design the future-state GTM tech stack and modernize lead routing, insight generation, and process automation
  • Improve lead management, automate revenue processes, and increase funnel velocity
  • Increase efficiency of cross-functional alignment and operational workflows

What we expect

  • Experience in a Senior Marketing Operations Manager role or a similar position

  • Strong focus on operational excellence and automation
