📋 What you will do
- Architect and optimize the GTM engine for B2B sales-led and channel-driven growth
- Build and maintain processes, systems, and operational rigor across Marketing, SDR, Sales, and Partner teams
- Design the future-state GTM tech stack and modernize lead routing, insight generation, and process automation
- Improve lead management, automate revenue processes, and increase funnel velocity
- Increase efficiency of cross-functional alignment and operational workflows
