📋 What you will do

  • Develop and implement player retention strategies based on segmentation and behavior analysis
  • Set up and launch automated CRM campaigns
  • Develop and manage loyalty, cashback, and personalized bonus programs
  • Run A/B tests for communications, offers, and trigger sequences
  • Prepare reports on retention activity performance

What we expect

  • At least 2 years of player retention experience in iGaming
