📋 What you will do

• Develop and implement social media strategies to promote the brand
• Create and publish content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Manage social media accounts and maintain a consistent brand voice
• Monitor social channels for inquiries, comments, and feedback
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Analyze social media metrics and prepare regular performance reports
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to align social media activities
• Coordinate with designers and content creators
