📋 What you will do
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads
- Create, execute, monitor, and improve email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and product announcements
- Manage social media accounts and develop content strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, and sales
- Conduct market research to track trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape
- Optimize the Shopify store for SEO to improve rankings for product pages, blogs, and web pages
- Launch and manage in-store promotions, including discounts, referral programs, and affiliate programs
- Collaborate with the design team on banners, ads, and social media materials
- Manage influencer marketing, including liaising with agencies, identifying influencers, and coordinating promotions
- Analyze sales and marketing metrics to measure performance and adjust strategy
- Build partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and other relevant channels
- Handle customer relationship management and resolve customer issues promptly
- Monitor industry trends and recommend new tools and approaches to stay ahead of the competition
