📋 What you will do

  • Develop and execute a global content strategy for campaigns, demand generation, and thought leadership
  • Create content that strengthens Klaviyo’s market position and supports GTM goals across segments and regions
  • Define the key themes, formats, and storylines that drive engagement, leads, pipeline influence, and brand credibility
  • Translate complex product, market, and customer insights into clear, differentiated content
  • Lead content creation across the funnel, including ebooks, white papers, research reports, comparison guides, and one-pagers
  • Create content for webinars, landing pages, executive thought leadership, customer stories, video, and audio
  • Repurpose research, events, webinars, and customer narratives into multi-format content programs
  • Own the full content lifecycle from ideation through publication and measurement
  • Partner with product marketing, PR, brand, sales, regional marketing, events, customer marketing, and agencies
  • Improve the speed, consistency, and scalability of content production using AI-assisted editorial workflows
