📋 What you will do
- Define and execute Web3 growth strategy covering user growth, retention, and engagement
- Lead user operations applying user segmentation, lifecycle management, and campaign operations
- Identify Web3 narratives and trends to craft content strategies and go-to-market plays
- Drive ToB ecosystem partnerships and lead negotiations with projects, protocols, and communities
- Plan and execute global online and offline events and campaigns
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams on cross-functional initiatives
🛠 Stack and skills
Experience in Crypto/Web3 ecosystem
User growth methodologies (user segmentation, lifecycle management, campaign operations)
On-chain narrative plays and data-driven retention tactics
Knowledge of DApps, VCs, exchanges, and infrastructure providers
✅ What we expect
- 3+ years of operations or growth experience in Crypto/Web3
- Strong ToB negotiation skills with ecosystem projects and protocols
