📋 What you will do
- Define and execute holistic growth strategies for Web3 products (acquisition, retention, engagement)
- Lead community and ecosystem operations using segmentation and lifecycle management
- Identify emerging Web3 narratives and industry trends for content and GTM strategies
- Drive ToB ecosystem partnerships and lead commercial negotiations with protocols and projects
- Plan and execute global online and offline events to drive brand awareness and user scale
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams on cross-functional initiatives
🛠 Stack and skills
3+ years of operations or growth experience in Crypto/Web3
Growth methodologies (segmentation, lifecycle management)
Data-driven retention tactics
On-chain narrative plays
Industry ecosystem knowledge (Infra, VCs, DApps, DEX)
Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading)
