📋 What you will do
- Define and execute growth strategy for DeFi lending protocols
- Design effective incentive programs and growth playbooks
- Establish deep partnerships with protocol teams for joint operations and liquidity
- Identify and activate target user segments: DeFi-native, institutions, whales
- Monitor on-chain data and market dynamics to optimize strategies
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Ecosystem teams for feature iterations
🛠 Stack and skills
DeFi lending mechanics (over-collateralization, interest rate models)
On-chain data analysis tools
3+ years Crypto/Web3 experience
Foundational understanding of smart contracts
English (Fluent)

- 3+ years of experience in Crypto/Web3 (DeFi ops or growth preferred)
- Existing relationships within DeFi communities and protocol teams
- Results-driven with ability to drive execution around core metrics
