📋 What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy for a defined part of the retailer journey
  • Launch automated email, push, SMS, and in-app journeys based on behavior and intent signals
  • Work with Product, Data, Design, and Analytics on CRM strategy and business outcomes
  • Analyze campaign performance, build hypotheses, and scale experimentation
  • Integrate models, dynamic content, and AI decisioning into lifecycle journeys
  • Oversee technical campaign execution and adoption of new marketing technologies

What we expect

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing lifecycle campaigns focused on conversion, revenue, and retention

  • Experience in an experimentation-driven environment
  • Experience automating team workflows with AI tools
  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing and hypothesis design
