**Head of HR (AdNetwork)
**We are a fast-growing AdNetwork project operating in a highly competitive digital environment.
**And right now we are looking for a Head of HR** who understands the specifics of the AdNetwork / Affiliate / iGaming market, can work at speed, and is able to impact not only hiring but also business efficiency through people and processes.**
Your future responsibilities:
**— Conduct an audit of current HR processes and gain a deep understanding of AdNetwork business metrics;
— Develop and implement an HR strategy aligned with scaling goals;
— Build a talent map and a systematic process for sourcing strong specialists;
— Ensure fast and high-quality hiring;
— Build processes for onboarding, retention, and employee development;
— Work on retaining top performers and reducing the risk of losing key employees;
— Develop managers' managerial skills: help them build management, prioritization, and team processes;
— Develop internal training tools and performance management;
— Strengthen the company's Employer Brand in the AdNetwork market to attract strong candidates.
**What matters to us:**
— 10+ years of experience in HR / People Management
— Experience in AdNetwork / Affiliate / performance-driven digital business;
— Strong experience in recruitment and building hiring processes in a competitive environment;
— Understanding of performance management: KPI, performance evaluation, retention, feedback cycles;
— Experience working with HR and business metrics (hiring funnel, conversion rates, retention, performance);
— Ability to build HR processes in a fast-scaling environment;
— Ability to be a business partner, not just an operational HR;
— Experience developing managerial skills in managers.
