📋 What you will do

  • Own systems, processes, and integrations that power inbound and demand generation
  • Ensure fast and accurate lead handoff to Sales
  • Support marketing automation, data flows, and funnel operations
  • Build and optimize workflows, lifecycle automation, and event-based logic
  • Own lead and PQL scoring models as well as routing logic
  • Partner with Inbound Sales, Demand Generation, Web, Analytics, and Systems teams
  • Improve lead quality, conversion, and funnel velocity
  • Monitor handoff metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Support audience creation, segmentation, and funnel experimentation
  • Manage integrations between marketing systems, CRM, and GTM tools
  • Maintain and evolve the marketing technology stack
  • Experiment with automation and AI tools to reduce manual work

What we expect
