📋 What you will do
- Own systems, processes, and integrations that power inbound and demand generation
- Ensure fast and accurate lead handoff to Sales
- Support marketing automation, data flows, and funnel operations
- Build and optimize workflows, lifecycle automation, and event-based logic
- Own lead and PQL scoring models as well as routing logic
- Partner with Inbound Sales, Demand Generation, Web, Analytics, and Systems teams
- Improve lead quality, conversion, and funnel velocity
- Monitor handoff metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Support audience creation, segmentation, and funnel experimentation
- Manage integrations between marketing systems, CRM, and GTM tools
- Maintain and evolve the marketing technology stack
- Experiment with automation and AI tools to reduce manual work
