We are looking for an experienced retention manager to join a stable arbitrage team.
**
**Who we are looking for:**

**Male 27–40, 3+ years of experience in forex/binary options** is a must

**Skills:**
— Analytics: segments, metrics, A/B, causality
— CRM: funnels (welcome → activation → winback), triggers, timing
— Communication: works calmly with clients in the red, without pressure
— Forex basics: understands churn, risk management, compliance

**Tasks:**
— Finds churn points and builds a 2–4 week plan
— Writes scenario-based messages (in the red, not trading, disappeared)
— Makes sure retention ≠ spam

**Personal qualities:**
— Systematic, no chaos
— Empathetic, but relies on data
— Tests hypotheses instead of believing “opinions”
— Learns quickly

**Approach:**
Test → measure → scale
