Affiliate Manager iGaming

📋 What you will do

• Search for and recruit new webmasters and partners (CIS, RU market focus)
• Develop, retain, and scale the existing partner base
• Analyze traffic quality and efficiency in collaboration with the analytics team
• Onboard, support, and optimize partners within the tracker
• Monitor and control partner KPI fulfillment
• Scale successful traffic sources
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and current offers
• Attend industry conferences and offline meetups (2–3 times per year)

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• 2–3+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming
• Recent and relevant experience with the RU / CIS market
• Deep understanding of various traffic sources and their specifics
• Proven track record in recruiting and scaling webmasters
• Strong negotiation and long-term relationship-building skills
• Independence, result-oriented mindset, and proactivity
