Chief System Administrator / Team Lead

📋 What you will do

• Distribute tasks among the admin team and prioritize work
• Mentor team members and assist with complex cases
• Monitor server, network, and client equipment health
• Ensure information security at the infrastructure level
• Provide infrastructure support for internal projects
• Organize backups and conduct regular recovery testing
• Manage certificate lifecycles and internal service support
• Ensure infrastructure stability in data centers and clouds
• Participate in building multi-data center solutions
• Develop monitoring systems and manage incident response
• Optimize infrastructure and operational processes
• Maintain technical documentation and internal regulations

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• At least 1 year of team management experience (3-5 people)
• Senior specialists with minimal management experience are welcome
• At least 5 years of experience as a System Administrator
• Russian citizenship required

🎁 What we offer

• Salary: 250,000 to 350,000 RUB net
• Hybrid work model in Moscow
• Full-time employment, 5/2 schedule (09:30–18:30)
