**🔥Junior Media Buyer (in-app) at WinWin Agency Location:** remote. **Requirements:** • Understanding of basic definitions and metrics: spend, installs, CTR, CR, CPA, EPC. • Working with creatives in CapCut (assembly, edits, adaptations). • Experience working with a tracker (Binom, Keitaro). • Ability to search for, compare, and structure information. • Ability to quickly understand new tasks. • Attention to detail (tracking errors = money lost). • Using AI in tasks: generating ideas, creative variations, speeding up routine work. • Analyze GEOs before launch. • Check app design before uploading (conversion, flow logic, GEO fit). • Integrate apps and check events. • Monitor tracking accuracy (AppsFlyer). • Analyze competitors' creatives. • Search for working angles, mechanics, and references for new creatives. • Prepare creative briefs for the designer. • Prepare and launch advertising campaigns. • Collect and structure test data. • Maintain and update a file for all campaigns (spend, metrics, statuses). • Record conclusions: what worked / what didn’t / why. ** What they offer:** • Fixed salary at the start (up to 2 months) → then fixed salary + % of net profit. • On weekends — monitoring advertising campaigns. **Salary: **based on interview results. 👉 If you are interested in the vacancy, write to [email protected] #MediaBuying | @recruitingTC
