**Requirements:**
• 1+ year of experience managing a team of designers.
• Experience working with multi-geo.
• Understanding of the specifics of investment traffic.
• Deep understanding of creative hypotheses and A/B testing.
• Ability to work with AI generators.
• Creative thinking and a systematic approach.
• Managing a team of designers (training, task assignment, quality and deadline control).
• Developing and scaling creatives for different traffic sources.
• Analyzing creative performance together with buyers.
• Generating hypotheses and improving visuals to increase conversion.
• Building and optimizing processes within the design department.
