📋 What you will do

• Negotiate the purchase or equity participation in gaming projects
• Manage a portfolio with a monthly turnover of $100k to $1M
• Handle dozens of parallel conversations in Discord
• Complete deals with an average cycle of 2-3 days and a ticket size of $30-50k

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• Sales experience (preferably text-based: Upwork, boosting, custom products)
• Strong negotiation skills to structure and package deals for owners
• Financial acumen to accurately evaluate gaming projects
• Background in game development or extensive personal gaming experience
• Understanding of Gen Z cultural codes

🎁 What we offer

• Salary: $5000 - $8000 net
• High base salary with performance-based monthly bonuses
• Fully remote position
