📋 What you will do
- Own day-to-day VIP operations for HNWI clients
- Build and run a VIP lifecycle framework with segmentation, triggers, and journeys
- Align and execute market plans with Local Market teams
- Plan and deliver VIP offsites and online events
- Develop and scale VIP growth programs and tools
- Build a data-driven operating model with measurement, experimentation, and optimization
- Coordinate Product, Data, Engineering, and Operations teams
- Track KPIs, analyze results, and improve programs based on data and feedback
