📋 What you will do
- Own the day-to-day VIP Growth & Operations execution for HNWI clients
- Build and run a VIP lifecycle operations framework with segments, triggers, and journeys
- Partner with Local Market teams to align plans, timelines, and execution
- Plan and execute VIP offsites and online events
- Develop and scale VIP growth programs and tools
- Establish a data-driven operating model with measurement, experimentation, and optimization
- Coordinate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Operations teams
- Track KPIs, analyze results, and improve programs based on data and feedback

✅ What we expect
