📋 What you will do
- Own the content strategy for customer and partner stories
- Source and develop stories that support Figma's strategic priorities
- Design AI-assisted workflows for sourcing, drafting, and distribution
- Support Product, Editorial, Growth, and Sales as an internal platform for customer storytelling
- Build repeatable intake, prioritization, and production systems, and manage vendors and budgets

✅ What we expect
- 8+ years of experience in content marketing, storytelling, or content program management in SaaS or tech
- Strong editorial sensibility and the ability to brief clearly
- Hands-on experience with Figma and understanding of design and development workflows, including AI
- Experience running content programs end-to-end at scale
- Bias for action, ownership, and a high standard for quality
