📋 What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
  • Fill key roles to support team growth, prioritizing finance and operations specialists
  • Establish HR processes including onboarding, adaptation, performance reviews, and reporting
  • Develop motivation frameworks, leave policies, and sick leave protocols
  • Transition the company from manual management to a structured operational model
  • Implement and manage ATS and HRM tools
  • Work directly with the CEO to provide solutions, assess risks, and drive team development

🛠 Stack and skills

ATS (Applicant Tracking System) HRM (Human Resource Management) systems Russian language English language (B1 minimum)

What we expect

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience
  • Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment
  • Experience in high-risk payments, iGaming, fintech, crypto, or related industries
  • Ability to work in a small team with underdeveloped processes
  • Proactive mindset, capable of building structure from scratch without instructions
  • Hands-on approach to daily tasks and process implementation
  • Willingness to work from the office in Limassol
