📋 What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Fill key roles to support team growth, prioritizing finance and operations specialists
- Establish HR processes including onboarding, adaptation, performance reviews, and reporting
- Develop motivation frameworks, leave policies, and sick leave protocols
- Transition the company from manual management to a structured operational model
- Implement and manage ATS and HRM tools
- Work directly with the CEO to provide solutions, assess risks, and drive team development

HRM (Human Resource Management) systems
Russian language
English language (B1 minimum)
✅ What we expect
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment
- Experience in high-risk payments, iGaming, fintech, crypto, or related industries
- Ability to work in a small team with underdeveloped processes
- Proactive mindset, capable of building structure from scratch without instructions
- Hands-on approach to daily tasks and process implementation
- Willingness to work from the office in Limassol
