📋 What you will do
- Source and acquire new partners in CPA, ad networks, and affiliate marketing
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing partners
- Manage offers and compete for webmasters
- Conduct negotiations and close contracts
- Launch, manage, and optimize CPA campaigns
- Analyze the performance of partners, offers, and traffic sources
- Prepare reports on KPI performance: volumes, CR, EPC, ROI, and traffic quality
- Monitor traffic quality: approvals, fraud, and misclicks
- Ensure correct integrations: postback, API, and trackers
- Scale successful partnerships and winning combinations
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill obligations to partners
