📋 What you will do
- Lead the backend team
- Participate in hiring and onboarding backend, frontend, and QA specialists
- Design the architecture and write code in PHP 8+ and Symfony
- Build development processes, CI/CD, and code review from scratch
- Work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and the frontend team

✅ What we expect
- 6+ years of backend development experience
- 2-3+ years of team management experience
- Strong knowledge of current Symfony versions
- Excellent understanding of OOP, design patterns, and SOLID
- Ability to optimize queries in relational databases
- Confident Linux and command-line skills

- Salary: 320,000–380,000 RUB net, based on interview results
